Library of Alexandria

IMHO, what's happening now at NASA Ames, Langley and Glenn is comparable to burning down the Library of Alexandria. A priceless reservoir of human knowledge is going up in smoke. The destruction of the Library of Alexandria was the action of an ignorant mob acting under the influence of religious intolerance. The closing down of the NASA centers is a deliberate and premeditated act of the federal government. Oddly enough, there was no public vote on this and no national debate. It just happened.
