I think the buckskinned Governor from New Mexico
needs a reality check. He may end up putting his foot in his mouth.
It's nice that he plans to hold the X-Prize cup in that lovely state of
his this October. But whose going to come and launch anything?

and engineering shortcomings.

The Canadian Arrow? The only thing that group could launch at this time are some escape-tower rockets hooked upto a mockup.

Armadillo?...Forget it! Even though they had actual functioning hardware, it was wrecked recently.

And what about Da Vinci Project? Asssuming Brian is not a fraud, nor
an incompetent boob, they won't launch anything south of the border this year...probably not this side of the border, either.
