Yeah, I'll say Peary is near the North Pole, just about on top of it.
A lot of dark areas in this photo. I suspect the northern ridge would be the spot.
Nothing against the Mars crowd but I think the Moon is a great place to attempt to refine another worlds natural resources for consumption for the first time.
