Initial reports I read made it sound like he was covering over to mollify the usual suspects (Democrat and Republican) in the illegal immigration racket. I have since read more articles describing the "language problem." Hey, how long do you have to LIVE here before you don't have a "language problem" any more? I've heard a lot of people who immigrated a lot more recently than Arnold who hardly have a trace of an accent any more.
