There was a neat gunfight in Arlington, MA my boyhood town yesterday. A bozo goes to hold up the neighborhood pharmacy for oxycontin and the pharmacist shot back. Perp escaped in a low rider and neither party hit anybody. The long time small store owner is known by the neighborhood for packing, as he'd been robbed in the past.
Meanwhile, MA congresscritters and legislators want to outlaw oxycontin completely (yah, like THAT would work) because some of Darwin's failures are holding up pharmacies to obtain the important painkiller drug to get high.
