Griffin seems to want to address them
It appears the entire CEV program is about to be revamped. This guy will get NASA in shape or die trying (politically). I believe he will succeed though. Getting a fast track CEV is a smart idea since the "Vision" will likely die with the next democratic president. Whatever follows, good or bad, having a spacecraft capable of lunar and martian missions will be a plus.
