1. It's probably an aerial photo, and not a satellite photo
2. It's something on or in the camera, or the window they shoot through. If you scroll due west a good distance, into an area of mottled green and brown, you find another one in the same location in the frame. Also if you scroll north. Use the zoom setting third notch down.
