It doesn't seem to occur to these guys that spending money on illegal foreign invasions, having an enormous balance of payments problem, borrowing massive amounts of money from foreigners, keeping SUVs running, etc., might be part of the problem.
Nope - it's those pesky Chinese who do not know how to handle our financial problems.
