But I love this idea of "restoration" of the Twin Towers, bigger and better than ever, returning the Manhattan skyline to its former glory! What would be the economic effects of a sudden "glut" of office and retail space once they were finished, though? I suppose there would be efforts to seek anchor tenants before and during construction, right?
