I believe the 'downtime' they had whilst testing egress techniques at JPL was used to do a 360 degree colour panorama from this position - the first full panorama out on the plains (Previous pans were inside eagle crater, on eagle craters rim, twice on the rim of endurance, a half panorama inside endurance, and now a 360 out on the plains)
