Bush hails Afghan ties, but abuse stirs outrage (Karzai "shocked")
<a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7923756/"Karzai demands ‘very, very strong action’ as he heads to U.S.
"Karzai, a staunch U.S. ally who will visit Bush at the White House on Monday, said he was shocked by a U.S. Army report described in The New York Times on Friday."
Karzai, long-time CIA operative, American puppet professes "shock".
One thing is very clear. The abuses of prisoners and civilians is so widespread, either:
the military at the company level is completely out of control of the civilian leadership, or
abuse is sanctioned and condoned by the highest levels of government.
And we all know how dearly the Bush administration holds civil and human rights.
