Being crooked isn't a good reason to not like DeLay?

Classic, Tom. DeLay can be as crooked as he wants to be, but not accountable, because he's conservative and people only hate him because he's effective.
Is there nothing you can't excuse from a conservative? Bush's lying, that's excuseable. So is Rice, Rumsfeld, Cheney, etc. Massive crookedness on the part of most of 'em.
