The terrorists haven't really given the Iraqis much of an option. The terrorists are attacking restaurants with suicide bombs and spraying random people in open market places with drive-by machine gun fire. I can't imagine a better tactic to completely piss off the Iraqi populace. The terrorist leaders must have manure for brains.
