More suckers like these are born every minute.
It does NOT take a whiz in Political Science to foresee that Castro will double-cross any foreign investors that he feels have outlived their usefulness. So long as idiots are going to invest in Cuba, they are going to be taken to the cleaners. Even the larger foreign projects will be skunked when they have been milked for all that they are worth.
