The house tells you a lot about the man and the times.
Who today with the wherewithall to have the choices would build a house of less than 1200 sq ft.
Reminds me of my Dad, who always thought in terms of efficiency and how to do better with less. I'm not sure if it is a personality thing or just something to do with the times.
