And the only thing worse than briefing a flag officer, is being the poor colonels who get his action memo after the briefing:

"Space provides large quantities of underutlized cold and dark. Why haven't we leveraged this resource to support the counter-sunburn mission in Iraq? Develop a JCDCDRDLCLCAP (Joint Cold and Dark Collection Delivery Reception and Distribution Logistics Capability Land Component Action Plan). Brief me on said plan by 1600".
