No the EU, not Italy, has adopted laws that forbid religious criticism under penalty of jail sentence. I've posted on this topic previously. That's precisely why Oriana is on trial. The only good of this insanity is that maybe now the heathen protestants will finally get their just do for trashing HMTC.
