I doubt Frank will go for it, but I believe ER and I could do this far less expensively, far faster and at home. I'm thinking this is simply a miniature plumbing job, requiring tools available at Harbor Freight for a modest amount.

Anesthesia is a problem, but there is always Scotch and we are fast, real fast. The results are immediate, and I'm sure he'd jump right up ready to go into action as soon as we were done.

I doubt, though, that Frank wants to save money or time. And it's a shame. I believe if we all worked together we could work miracles in saving medical costs. I know I'm always available for minor and moderate surgeries at a small fraction of the price of a physician. Cheaper than a plumber, even.
