They used the term "concentrated," by which I assumed they meant something considerably beyond the stuff you buy at the drugstore. Beyond that, I have no data.
In its use as rocket propellant, a lot depends on the exact concentration of the H2O2. Behavior changes as the range goes from 80 percent and upward. For example, 90 percent and 95 percent concentrations are treated quite differently.
Their selections of materials still seems a bit odd to me. I would like to have seen the whole report.
