Superficially, I agree that the Kentucky decision was the proper one. Unfortunately for the original providers of the copies, they stated on the public record their intent regarding "America's Christian heritage." [The irony is not lost on me that they co-opted Jewish scripture for their purpose]
I'm not sure how to react to the Texas decison, where Breyer's vote went the other way. But, I haven't read the opinions yet.
