Is this a sign of the end of the once glorious Soviet/Russian space program?
And yes, I am still p*ssed that they dunked Cosmos 1 in the Arctic Ocean - twice! A suborbital test in 2001 also failed due to problems with the Volna rocket.
I'm keeping my eye on China these days anyhow.
BTW, did anyone even try to look for Cosmos 1, on the off-chance that it made it to a low Earth orbit for a few days anyway?
