Good news for franco-phobes everywhere
London will host the 2012 Olympic Games.
Clearly the IOC was sending a pro-Iraq message to Chirac......... :-)
At the very least, this will force the British government to pump some capital improvements into what once was, and could be again, the finest public transport system in the world.
