I don't.
I watch cable news only when something important is happening in real time that's getting covered. Last time was when the Global Flyer landed (I slept through the London bombing this morning, or that would have qualified. By the time I got up, the news stations were at the point where most of it is newscasters telling you what they think about it.)
Haven't watched network news in many years, although I will admit to peeking in to see Dan Rather's gray face and slack jaw as Bush took the last election.)
