...owner to reveal the ISP of the folks who post such stuff?
Even if they went to an internet cafe to post it and brought the video on a disc to upload, there should be a number of folks who would have seen the person and we would have a place to stake out and set up surveillance.
What Iraq needs is not just their own army and police force - but an intelligence service with some bite.
