...why can't they prevent the terror attacks, suicide bombers and snipers from getting their own folks in Israel?

Divide and conquer is as old as time. Sadly that is what religion has done to ALL the folks in the Middle East. Go back in time and take away religions from the region and the place by now would likely be a beacon of civilization, a pinnacle of culture, instead of a hellhole of inequity.
