For us, I saw Jupiter (magnitude -1.9 ) at 22:15 yesterday.
The Shuttle is magnitude -2.3 and expected at 22:12 at 46 degrees south.
For London, I don't know but a friend produced TLE's for everybody.
I forward his e-mail privately.
