The bar for "aid and comfort" has apparently been raised to infinity, so that's pretty much all there is to that.
No the bar was raised to infinity when the Republican controlled Congress refused to fund the Kosovo military operation WHILE IT WAS IN PROGRESS, thus endangering the lives of our servicepeople as well as the success of the operation. Imagine the stink you righties would be making were the democrats doing such a thing.
