My skepticism insists tht "good news from Iraq"
requires a reduction in terrorist attacks. I realize that this will take more time and effort, but real progress is impossible under the current condition of chaos and violence. Iraq can begin to move ahead when the "insurgents" are almost all dead or in jail. It can't happen too soon to suit me.
