Mars bars have been historically used in April Fools jokes and even NASA got into it with "Water on Mars" with there 2005 'Picture of the Day'.

Some other jokes I've heard related to planet Mars and the Mars bar were titled;
Unwrapping Mars, Mars has a Sweet Spot, Mars Interior, some lame yes, but that's what I was referring to.
