Something ominous happening of the coast of Hawaii, is there a geologist in the house?
Over the past few days there has been a cluster of earthquakes localized to a region about 45 miles northeast of my house... maybe about a dozen or so small quakes, but also a magnitude 5.3 that I REALLY felt on Friday and was felt over several of the islands. And we just had another that felt like it was equally stong a few minutes ago...

The origin seems to be located at the underwater edge of the big island and all have a depth of 3-5 miles... something is going on in this highly localized region....
