The judge used the sentencing as a self-aggrandizing platform to bloviate about the Constitution, Gitmo and whatever. The convicted terrorist would have killed hundreds had he succeeded. He'd stoped cooperating with authorities which always blows any plea-bargain. As a result, others involved now may not get convicted. Too bad this was not able to be done by military tribunal. Guys like that deserve 2 caps in the skull.
