Tier I, Tier II, Tier III
Burt considers vehicles like SpaceShipOne and SpaceShipTwo as Tier I (suborbital) vehicles. He's already thinking in terms of Tier II (orbital vehicles) and even Tier III (moon and beyond). Whether he lives long enough and has the resources to make these dreams happen remains to be seen. He's in his early 60s and worked himself into a heart attack back in 1998.
I've read conflicting accounts about SpaceShipTwo's passenger load. Some sources say it'll have a crew of 2 and carry 5 passengers. Others say it'll carry 7 passengers (plus a crew of two). I imagine only Burt and Richard Branson know for sure.
