It would be a good idea if you ran a QC over your "finds" before you trumpeted them. Since your search was designed to find high temperatures, it is quite likely to include a large percentage of faulty records. I looked through your selection and at least 50% were quite badly affected by high noise levels - which would yield spurious high temperatures.
There are plenty of prople looking for real hotspots on Mars but none have survived critical review. My Hellas hotspots didn't work out, nor have anyone else's...
But keep looking, you *might* get lucky...
