Constitution
I think there's a fairly good chance that the first draft isn't going to be voted in. I'm seeing a lot of protests over there, and discussions of this kind of thing. In polls, even most Shiites in Iraq don't want a "rule by mullahs."
The next few months in Iraq are going to be chaotic, and probably quite bloody. The insurgents are not going to let another election go by if they can help it, and if the constitution is sent back to the drawing board, look for liberals in the U.S. to be screaming "Failure!" at the top of their lungs.
