"since Nasa Watch reported that the Spirit Rover had reached the top of Husband Hill."
Well - that's quality reporting from Nasa Watch for you. Spirit hasnt reached the summit, no one has said it has, and it is probably a week or two from getting there. The local terrain on the way is HIGHLY science target rich and so they've made several stops to do verbose analysis of the geology as they go. One thing holding that back is that it takes more than 4x as long to do Mossbauer integrations as it did on landing - as the radioactive sample has a 250ish day half life and is thus 1/4 as strong as it was when they landed.
There's plenty of imagery arriving however

Be advised that once they get there - the top of the hill is fairly flat - and thus the view from it wont be THAT good. The view from a few metres in any direction WILL be good though. For a good look to the basin to the SW - we'll need to be on the far side of the summit I'd have thought.
