I replied in kind.
I mean is there ANYONE here who actually is for outlawing abortion? Or persecuting homosexuals? Or putting religion in the classroom?
Yes. These notions have been discussed.
Backpedal on Roe, which would be to outlaw abortion in a number of states.
The whole "voluntary" prayer thing at school assemblies, not to mention the outrage that appears from time to time because children can't be forced to sing "Silent Night" at all-school choral programs.
As for persecuting homosexuals, if you mean beating and killing them, no. If you mean not allowing them the same civil rights as everyone else, yes.
As I pointed out earlier, the liberals here are the extremists. Moderates are made to feel like they are some oppressive tyrants, only when compared to the Berkeley-like liberals that post here.
Oh, of course! Why didn't I think of that? Since the liberals posting here are also pretty much identified as moderate in some way, but since we are not conforming to your image of a moderate, i.e., conservative, then the liberals are extremists.
You can point it out until you turn blue. You still will not be correct.
