It seems to me that we have put a rather large hole in this juggernaut.
I would say the problem areas remain in the global black market with the organized crime that this supports. And the "Russian situation"- declining power with it's widespread corruption and Chechnya connection to terrorists.
Of course, it's what we don't know which could be the biggest problem.
