That might be impossible to do correctly
Accurately simulating the chemistry of those really big protein molecules would be really hard to do. Believe it or not, simulating from scratch (Schroedinger Equation) the radiation emission from a hydrogen molecule is difficult. Nonequilibrium chemistry and thermodynamics are tough nuts to crack.
