Did Anyone Get It?

Or had everyone who wasn't a raving loon already gotten it? There are of course potential exceptions that make some caution warranted, but the idea that many seem to have that anything tough enough to survive on Mars is likely to be hazardous to Earth is just not supported by known microbiological science.
