A primary characteristic of the far Left is to blame everything wrong with the world on the United States, or maybe Israel. Bowser's tirade covers a lot more territory than just the current administration.

Leftists have a record of twisting pretty much any atrocity on the planet so that somehow, the U.S. was to blame. Ask a radical leftist about the Khmer Rouge sometime.

I'm not sure how this bizarre attitude could be considered "pro-American," especially since the tone is one of hostility, not constructive criticism, but then the bar for "anti-American" has been raised to infinity, so I suppose that's where things stand.
