I was about to shape our Potato Tree when I heard a loud yelp. It was from my wife, she often follows me around when I have the hedge trimmer in my hands. I'm thinking of getting her one, for her very own, for her birthday.;-) Well that's another subject.

Upon further investigation, (after calming down from be startled by the yell with a power machine in my hands) it turns out that she spotted this huge dragon fly. Very pretty and what looks to be in good health, I mean this guy/gal got big. Like we know anything about dragon fly's, which brings up the sex thing and just how long do they live?

Well, unimportant to most, but I thought I would share the pic. At first we thought it died there because it didn't move for the longest time but then it moved its head and this pic caught its head moving while scratching. The markings are on the back of its head to fool predators.
