Interesting airplanes, unfortunate names
I saw one of these planes at the airport yesterday but it left before I could get a close look. It's from Slovenia. It appears to have some good performance numbers, but will a plane named "Sinus" really sell? Or, how about it's even more unfortunately named companion design, the "Virus"?
There's a classic story about the problems Chevy had trying to sell their Nova in Mexico. It seems that the word "Nova" translated to "it doesn't go."
