Can you actually believe Aslan deliberately picked a bunch of dumbasses to interview him about a book he's trying to $ell, and who would almost certainly be skeptical about it, for an audience almost certain to be hostile to it?
No, I suspect its much more likely they picked him so they could make cheap points by accusing him of trying to institute Sharia Law, steal Christmas, diss Jesus, or some other such fundowacko paranoid FOX bullshit, and he anticipated the ambush, prepared for it, and handed them their ass on a platter.
