Ceres
Ceres (I pronounce it "Say-res") as studied by Hubble.
What's interesting was that Ceres, along with Pallas, Juno and Vesta, were called planets from their discovery (1801) until Neptune was discovered (1845) and then the name "asteroids" was adopted.
