Well, FEMA in the good old days.
I already referred you to my experience with that organization in another post, so I will not bore you again.
I make no particular indictment. It may be that the new and improved version of FEMA was designed so poorly that no one could get it to do a good job. Or it's a fine organization, poorly run. Or?
However, I think that talking around in circles to defend FEMAs job as adequate, will prove to be as embarrassing as waiting for WMDs to show up in Saddam's jail cell.
