You need to consider the real-world alternatives in that country.

Here's an article on the garment industry there. Those jobs, no argument, suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. But the alternative for many of these women is starving in their villages.

Considering the economy of Bangladesh, and what most people have to do there just to survive, it's possible that sitting in a chair clicking a mouse for a dollar or so a day isn't the worst thing in the world.
