Bush takes responsibility for Federal response to Katrina Disaster

The teflon President once again acts submissive when cornered but I bet Thursday night when he addresses the nation, he'll manage to subvert his critics and try to raise his poll numbers by bringing up such words as "freedom, responsibility, and democracy". Oh...and how about "securing the nation"?
Anyone want to bet me advance how many times his speech writers will use these words and tell us how we're winning the war in Iraq (repeat: using those same three words)?
