I just thought it was funny, especially how the entire Universe can be defined as an arena for the guys with the biggest guns from that pale blue dot around that yellow dwarf star at the unfashionable edge of the Milky Way galaxy.
For all I know, maybe that is how it is viewed and played out on much wider scales. Survival of the fittest, cosmic style.
