If you had been following the bloggers coming from that area, you'd know that power was on and off for a while before becoming consistent.
The cranes left the levees because that was when they had completed the job of sealing the breach.
How far do people have to reach on this thing? Isn't it enough that much of what we were hearing from the media that first week turned out to be crap?
