Nature abhors a vacuum
If the atmospheric pressure scaled with the ozone then there would be a spectacular vortex sucking into the antarctic winter.
it happens on Mars, because there the atmosphere itself freezes in the winter. On Earth it doesn't and can't.
While you're at it, can you explain why an Antarctic ozone depletion is caused by mid-lattitude and northern hemisphere nuclear plants?
If not, please remedy the vacuum that appears to be between your ears...
